1888  Erected to the memory of GEORGE SMART, Gardener, late of Arduthie, who died 26th November 1841 aged 102 years.  Also of his spouse MARGARET JOLLY who died 7th March 1825 aged 73 years. Also in memory of their son WILLIAM SMART who died 6th April 1860 aged 73 years.  Also ANN ORCHISTON his wife  who died 28th July 1877 aged 80 years.  Also their daughter ROSE who died 12th June 1888 aged 52 years.
